Kendall Jenner Suits Up for Australian Swimwear Line

Kendall Jenner proved that she has what it takes to make it in the modeling world on this season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians,and now, Kim Kardashian‘s leggy little sis is enjoying the fruits of her hard labor with yet another new campaign. Jenner was just announced as the face of Australian swimwear designer Leah Madden’s summer 2012 campaign, titled “Pirouette.”
Kardashian made the announcement on her website this week, sharing a behind-the-scenes shot of Jenner modeling some high-waisted bikini bottoms and a bandeau top from the line. “How stunning does she look!?!?” Kardashian wrote. “I couldn’t be more proud!!!!” This marks Jenner’s second foray into the world of swimsuit modeling: last summer, she posed for some sexy photos in Malibu that ended up causing a bit of controversy.

Bikini wars: Seafolly ordered to pay $40,000 to rival swimwear designer who claimed the company ripped off her designs.
Swimwear giant Seafolly has been ordered to pay $40,000 to a rival swimwear designer who accused it of ripping off its designs. In the latest instalment of the lengthy bikini battle, the Federal Court ordered Seafolly to pay the money in damages to rival designer Leah Madden over two press releases it put out denying her claims of two-piece plagiarism. Ms Madden claimed on Facebook and in emails to journalists in 2010 that Seafolly copied eight of her White Sands Swimwear styles and even sent an employee to photograph garments at one of her shows. Last Friday Justice Richard Tracey ordered Seafolly to pay Ms Madden $40,000 in damages after Ms Madden won the latest round in a series of costly legal skirmishes that have dragged on for four years. It came after Ms Madden won an appeal where the court found Seafolly breached the Trade Practices Act with two press releases it put out refuting Ms Madden’s copying claims.
