Brustumfang

Führen Sie das Maßband unter den Armen, über die Schulterblätter hinten und vorne um die stärkste Stelle der Brust. Entspannen Sie die Arme an den Seiten und halten Sie das Klebeband parallel zum Boden. Dies ist Ihr Brustumfang. Wenn dieses Maß auf die ½ fällt, runden Sie auf.

Beugen Sie sich zur Seite, um eine natürliche Vertiefung im Oberkörper zu finden. Das ist Ihre natürliche Taille. Führen Sie das Klebeband um die natürliche Taille herum und halten Sie es dabei parallel zum Boden und mit einem Finger zwischen Körper und Klebeband, um einen bequemeren Sitz zu gewährleisten.

Stellen Sie sich mit zusammengefügten Füßen auf eine ebene Fläche. Messen Sie an der breitesten Stelle der Hüfte und am Gesäß und halten Sie das Maßband parallel zum Boden.
