Returns
We hope you love your purchase, however, If for any reason you would like to return your order, we will happily refund any full priced items returned within 7 days of you having received your parcel.
Sale or discounted items may be returned for a store credit. We do not offer refunds on sale or discounted items unless the item is faulty, or where otherwise required by law.
Only items in original, unworn and undamaged condition will be accepted.

CLEARANCE items are final sale and can not be exchanged or returned unless the item is faulty, or where otherwise required by law.
Refunds will be processed using the original form of payment. Delivery costs will not be refunded unless the goods returned are faulty or not as ordered.
Parcels not meeting our returns policy will be returned to sender (you may need to pay additional postage).

Delivery Policy
Delivery options will be shown at checkout. Shipping times will vary. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee exact delivery times.
Please check you have given the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, you may need to pay extra postage for redelivery.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.
Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we may not despatch a replacement item immediately, as we will need to have the parcel tracked and confirmed as missing or lost. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

How do I track my order?

White Sands standard fit is our unique 'Australian Cut'. Not as tiny as a Tanga or Braziallian cut, not as full as the typical 'baggy bottom' cut on most mainstream Australian swimwear. (You know, the ones that kind of sag but rise up at the same time)?!
To obtain your measurements correctly-
Bust Measurement
Thread tape measure under arms, across shoulder blades at back and around fullest part of bust at front. Relax arms at sides while keeping tape parallel with floor. This is your bust measurement. If this measurement falls on the ½, round up.
*Our tops are sized for a C cup fit. If you are much larger, or smaller, you may want to go up or down a size accordingly. Online purchases may be exchanged if you find the fit isn't perfect first time.
Waist Measurement
Bend to one side to find natural indentation in torso. This is your natural waist. Run tape around natural waistline, keeping tape parallel with floor and one finger between body and tape for a more comfortable fit.
Hip Measurement
Stand on a level surface with feet together. Measure around fullest part of hips and bottom, keeping tape parallel with floor.
